MINIMUM BALANCE

The minimum balance kept in the Treasury shall not be less than $1000 at the end of the fiscal year, which will be May 31st.

USE OF FUNDS
|
Funds raised for charitable causes must be donated to a charity less costs incurred by the club to raise such funds.
|
REFUNDS
|
No refunds will be made on reservations for events if the organization is obliged to pay.
|
BOARD MEETINGS
|
If a Board member is unable to attend a Board meeting, the President is to be notified of the substitute, or is to receive a report which can be delivered to the meeting.
|
JOINT BOARD
|
A Joint Board meeting of outgoing and incoming Boards will be held in May. At this time, information concerning the various positions will be exchanged.
|
DUTIES OF MEMBERS
|
Members are requested to serve on committees, if needed.
